50 Barry Street

The Barry’s Street project was an extensive recladding effort, undertaken as part of the Victorian Government’s Cladding Rectification Program and overseen by St Ferrer in collaboration with Cladding Safety Victoria. Over the course of 16 weeks, our team worked meticulously to remove and replace over  450m² of high-risk cladding on this residential building. The non-compliant materials were replaced with compliant HVG Facades 3mm Mondoclad panels in bronze metallic and champagne colors, significantly enhancing both the building’s safety and its aesthetic appeal.
