Molesworth

The Molesworth project in North Melbourne, part of the Victorian Government’s $2.6 billion “Homes for Victorians” strategy, with 300-380 apartments aimed to create a mixed-use community, on the 9,270m² site. Castle was entrusted with the critical responsibility of addressing the project’s cladding requirements by Arc3 and Architects McBride Charles Ryan Architecture. Castle installed over 2100² of Colorbond interlocking panels from Unlimited Roofing, customized to fit specific requirements, with proper flashing junctions ensured. In addition, our team installed 825² of Vitradual panels from Fairview, offering caulking services for a high-quality finish. Safety was a top priority, with our team overseeing the installation of fire seals from Trafalgar to enhance building security, collaborating closely with Redd Fire engineers. Castle’s meticulous approach and coordination with the client and builder ensured the successful completion of the project.
